    You know what?

I preferred the google map where it was possible to spot exactly where you are.
On this map we connect to the picture gallery however, I don’t consider it necessary as it easy enough to click on the relevant icon for that!

    … old fashoned view?

      Thank you for the feedback.

      However:

      1. I don’t like to rely on Google & friends for my writings, photos and such — see this page.
      2. Clicking on the map doesn’t link to the pictures only: it performs a full search on the country, including articles.
      3. The Google map is at only one click distance, linked just under the new map.

Unfortunately, Google allows only a fixed number of info (paths, pinpoints) in a map, so when I reached that number (in Queensland) it splitted the map in two pages, solution that is less than optimal, because the link for the paging is on the very bottom of the left panel, and I had a hard time to locate it myself.

On the other hand, I know this map is less than precise, and it lacks — at least — the city names. The problem is that the world is kinda big, and computer screens can be fairly small (like mine), making the display of a detailed map impossible or, for say the least, cumbersome.

I suppose that a Flash picture allowing the user to zoom in and out scrolling the mouse wheel would be better. Unluckily enough, I don’t know Flash and I am not learning it in the short period.

Anyone having a nice solution for this, please don’t be shy, come out and shine of eternal glory with your contribution to this humble site :-)

My most sincere thanks to anyone giving feedback on the web site.

    hola vagabondo!!!
    feddback/suggerimento/indizio: proiezioni di Iarno Peters…

    • pt says:

Intendi Arno Peters?

        Ecchecca#%$**%o!!! Siamo su “traversin.org” o su “pt-pedia”??!? ;-P :-)

        Cordiali saluti a tutti
        Arno Peters.

          Ciao Arno.

Ovviamente non ti avevo mai sentito nominare, ho consultato Santa Wikipedia, cosa credevi? :-P

          Ciao ciao.

      Ciao ciao, buon divertimento.
